PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

1. KY-7B adhesive has a significant effect on improving the initial adhesion and aging adhesion strength between the rubber compound and metal and non-metal skeleton materials.

2. KY-7B can also effectively improve the uniformity of rubber, enhance the mixing effect, can effectively reduce and eliminate the phenomenon such as tire shoulder void and delamination, and reduce the quality problems such as delamination of conveyor belt, tape and hose, etc. Improve product quality.

3. KY-7B can reduce the porosity of the rubber compound, effectively eliminate the small molecules generated during processing or vulcanization; and improve the compactness of the product by enriching the voids of nanomaterials.

4. KY-7B has no obvious effect on the production safety and vulcanization performance of the rubber compound under the premise of the recommended dosage.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

It can be added together with other chemical complexing agents during the mixing process.
