APPLICABLE SCOPE
Suitable for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and reclaimed rubber. Both sulfur vulcanization and peroxide vulcanization are applicable.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1. KB-6T improves the mixing effect of the rubber compound, effectively accelerates the dispersion of carbon black and other fillers in the rubber compound, further shortens the mixing time, increases the extrusion and calendering speed, and reduces energy consumption.
2. KB-6T can prevent the rubber from sticking to the roller, reduce the risk of early scorch, can effectively improve the fluidity of the rubber, reduce the Mooney viscosity of the mixed rubber, and improve the compactness and brightness of the extruded and calendered products. It can reduce the defects of finished products and improve the appearance quality and qualification rate of products.
3. KB-6T has good hope-enhancing performance. It can be quickly filled with lower pressure during conversion and injection molding, and has good mold release.
4.KB-6T does not affect the bridging system of the former peroxide, and has good compatibility with various rubbers. Under the premise of the recommended dosage, it has no adverse effect on the physical properties of the product, and can be widely used in various in the rubber compound.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
KB-6T can be added together with other chemical compounding agents during the mixing process, and the effect of adding it in advance is better.
DOSAGE RECOMMENDED
1. Add 1-4 parts of the raw rubber amount.
2. The amount of polar glue is appropriately increased.
