PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

1. After RV-T is added as a formula component, it can increase the vulcanization speed and crosslinking rate, and increase the hardness, modulus and wear resistance of the vulcanized compound.

2. RV-T acts as a co-crosslinking agent, in the process of peroxide vulcanization, its own special functional group reacts with polymer free radicals, thereby providing additional crosslinking points and increasing the degree of crosslinking of the polymer.

3. RV-T can greatly improve the compression set performance of products.

4. RV-T has excellent effect on high-quality NBR black material and high-filled carbon black EPDM glue.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

RV-T is added together with other accelerators during the mixing process.

DOSAGE RECOMMENDED

General raw rubber: add 1 to 3 parts according to the amount of raw rubber.
