PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

1. After KL-3Q is added as a formula component, the film release effect is excellent, and it has the effect of automatically cleaning the mold. After using this product, there is no need to spray external mold release agent, the mold can be kept clean and bright, and the service life of the mold can be greatly extended.

2. KL-3Q has the function of processing dispersant during mixing, which can improve the fluidity of the rubber compound, increase the calendering or extrusion speed, and can make each batch of products uniform and maintain high stability of product quality.

3. KL-3Q can improve the surface finish and fineness of the product, and can also greatly reduce the production energy consumption and improve the yield of the product to achieve the goal of reducing the overall cost.

4. KL-3Q has a good compatibility with the rubber compound. It is not easy to spray frost when used within the recommended dosage, and does not affect the physical properties of the rubber product such as hardness, tensile strength, and constant elongation strength.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

KL-3Q can be added together with other chemical compounding agents during the mixing process.

DOSAGE RECOMMENDED

1. General raw rubber: add 1 to 4 parts according to the amount of raw rubber.

2. Halogenated rubber and other polar adhesives: the dosage should be appropriately increased.
