PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS

1. KT-8Q can reduce the Mooney viscosity of the mixed rubber, prevent the rubber from sticking to the roller, reduce the risk of early scorch, improve the compactness of extruded and calendered products, reduce the defects of finished products, and improve the appearance quality of products and pass rate.

2. KT-8Q improves the mixing effect of the rubber compound, effectively accelerates the dispersion of carbon black and other fillers in the rubber compound, and further shortens the mixing cycle.

3. KT-8Q can increase the extrusion rate of the rubber compound, and can quickly fill the mold with a lower pressure, and has good mold release.

4. KT-8Q has good compatibility with various rubbers and can be widely used in various rubber ingredients.

It is added together with other chemical compounding agents in the early stage of mixing.

DOSAGE RECOMMENDED

1. Add 1 to 4 parts of the amount of raw rubber.

2. The amount of polar glue is appropriately increased.
